Due to existing regulations THE COMPANY will not accept the following items

1) Antiques

2) Currency

3) Drugs

4) Explosives

5) Fire Arms

6) Jewellery

7) Liquor

8) Live Stock

3) Money Orders

10) Personal Mall

11) Works of Art

12) IATA restricted articles

13) Instruments in bearer Form

14) Articles in Liquid Form

The Shippers. sending any such article without declaration/wrong declaration, shall be doing so at their own risk.


All freight excluding the items noted in Point No. 1 are accepted entirely at the risk and responsibility of the Shipper/Consignar


All claims regarding the consignment will be settled at their Booking Centres only: subject to the rules/regulations and conditions of carriage of the Company. All the claims must be forwarded to the company in writing within 30 days of booking


The COMPANY is liable only to the Consignor/Shipper for any loss or damage to the Shipment to the extent of loss or damage to a document or parcel actually sustained, subject to a maximum amount of Rs. 100/-(Rupees One Hundred Only) in case of domestic packets. theft, floods and natural


The Company is not responsible for any damages or late delivery due to fire, accident, riots, strikes, calamities etc.. or flight-train delay. cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.


All Shippers sending high value articles must declare the value and get such articles Insured for transit period. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages/loss whatever, if the value is not declared at the time of booking. The articles must be accompanied with valid documents showing value of articles.


All Govt. dues, wherever applicable, shall be to the account of the SHIPPER and must be paid at the time of Booking
